How plan enforcement works
Plan limits are designed to be predictable. Existing indexed content and widget sites remain available, while new growth is blocked when a workspace is already over plan.

Indexed documents
Existing indexed content stays available in search. New indexing is blocked when queueing more content would exceed the plan limit.
Monthly searches
Monthly search usage is enforced at request time. If the workspace exceeds the plan limit, widget search requests stop until usage resets or the plan changes.
